Normally for 100 suppliers it takes us about 48-72 hours depending on our work load for that day. For urgent requests we also offer expedited same day (less than 24 hours) service for an additional cost.

We go to websites that are business directories, like alibaba.com and conduct a search for the product you require based on your requirements. Then we put these companies’ details in a spreadsheet including company name, sales person, email address, directory from which we obtained it as well as the keyword(s) used to find them and their website link if they have a website listed.

We have done some tests and based on our results, an average person dedicated full time to search for suppliers could cost almost 3 times our rate, so there is a 64% savings vs hiring a dedicated staff to do this. Additionally you only pay when we engage on a search, unlike permanent staff that will inevitable go idle when there is no active inquiry, while still accruing salary cost to the company. Then there is the option to have a current employee, let’s say an assistant, to do this searches occasionally so there is no wasted idle time, but their lack of experience will make it slower and could miss important details on the search process, like filtering  analysis, and finding info on Chinese language websites. We can limit the search to only gold suppliers for example, but only at your request as this can weed out some suppliers that are not as stablished, but also reduces how many companies we will find and might exclude potentially lower priced offers.

For customers that require more precise filtering, we recommend to give us the link of the resulting list you get after you have applied more complex filters and we will limit the search of suppliers as per your request.

For customers who want to reach as many suppliers as possible to have a wider understanding on prices one can find on alibaba, we suggest to do a regular search and after having all quotes on hand, then apply filters before any order, but at the same time keeping intel on what other prices are available on the site for market research.

Yes, all suppliers are searched at the moment of your request, so they will be current as per alibaba website at that time.

If we find less suppliers than requested, the excess balance will be applied as credit for the next search.
